Doris Daif has helped bring a whole new digital world to American Express customers globally. Known for innovation and her focus on customer care, Doris has helped to expand and transform technical as well as human relationships with customers. Under her remit, American Express secured its 1st JD Power website win in 2012. She is credited with the creation and launch of the brand’s mobile app presence and re-thinking Customer Relationship Management across the digital ecosystem. In more than 11 years with American Express, she has been named to the prestigious Centurion Circle – an internal recognition program for top talent -- three times. Doris was also a finalist for the Chairman’s Award in 2003, 2008, and 2010 and a winner in 2014.
