MIN PLAN
This assurance plan serves the needs of  organizations that require continuous content updates, announcements, blog posts, and other calendar-driven activity.  There is a critical need to be able to request updates and receive prioritized responses to issues with minimum execution time. The MIN ASSURANCE PLAN includes monthly upgrades and automatic backups for the site. With this plan, all support requests will be handled within a 5-7 day period. This plan provides for up to 2 hours of support per month billed quarterly. MIN PLAN = $750 per quarter..

  • Response time = 3-5 days
  • Time Allowance = 2 hrs/mo
BASIC PLAN
This BASIC ASSURANCE PLAN serves the needs of  organizations that require continuous content updates, announcements, blog posts, and other calendar-driven activity.  There is a critical need to be able to request updates and receive prioritized responses to issues with minimum execution time. The BASIC ASSURANCE PLAN includes monthly upgrades and automatic backups for the site, but does not include priority support. With this plan, all support requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, within 48-72 hrs.

PRIORITY PLAN
This assurance plan serves the needs of  organizations that require continuous content updates, announcements, blog posts, and other calendar-driven activity.  There is a critical need to be able to request updates and receive prioritized responses to issues with minimum execution time. The PRIORITY ASSURANCE PLAN includes monthly upgrades and automatic backups for the site, support & update requests, and offers priority support which puts requests “at the front of the line,” and will be handled within a 24-48 hour period.
